Registration is now open for all other attendees. All prices quoted herein are in U.S. dollars.
Exhibitor Registration Cost - This year's exhibit hall offers three types of booths starting at $3,000 each. Added value booth spaces are located adjacent to the food and beverage areas and cost an additional $500 (Total $3,500). Premium booths spaces are high traffic locations and cost an additional $1,000 (Total $4,000). The remaining space is considered standard and does not have an additional cost.
The registration fee includes use of the selected exhibit booth space during all exhibit hours for ONE PERSON, access to the exhibit hall, all general session presentations, MSHA Recertification training, industry receptions each night, lunches each day, and the awards banquet reception and dinner. Other Tutorials and New Professional Training Sessions require a small fee and are open only to Conference registrants. Exhibit booth space is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are no "day passes" offerred. Those desiring to attend only the exhibit hall must register for the conference and pay the required registration fee.

Sponsorships - This year's Organizing Committee is pleased to continue the simplified Sponsorship Program. Four levels of sponsorship are offered with increasing benefits to the sponsor as the level increases in price. For more information visit the Sponsorship page of this website. You can purchase a sponsorship during the online registration process by simply selecting your desired level. Sponsorships are nonrefundable.
Payment / Cancellation - Registration is done online by clicking the Register Now button. All registration fees are due within 15 days of registration or the registration is subject to automatic cancellation. We accept all major credit cards, company checks and bank transfers. Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing. Registration fees are 100% refundable for cancellations received by March 6, 2018, and 50% refundable for cancellations received by April 6, 2018. There will be no refunds issued after April 6, 2018.
