Conference Registration

Exhibit Registration is Now Open

Registration for all other attendees will be open on December. Simply click on the blue button below and you are taken to the Conference Registration site.



 

Payment / Cancellation - Registration is done online by clicking the Register Now button. All registration fees are due within 15 days of registration or the registration is subject to automatic cancellation. We accept all major credit cards, company checks and bank transfers. Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing. Registration fees are 100% refundable for cancellations received by March 28, 2019, and 50% refundable for cancellations received by April 28, 2019. There will be no refunds issued after April 28, 2019. No exceptions.

 


Hotel Reservation

Once Registered for the conference you should still make a hotel reservation. The headquarters hotel for the conference, The Mariott St. Louis Grand, is directly across the street from the St. Louis Convention Center. The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated.

The Marriott St. Louis Grand, 800 Washington St., St Louis, MO 63101. Special conference rates have been contracted. These rates are good through April 5, 2019 at which time market rates apply. There have been attempts to steal your data by pretending to be from conference management. The only way to make your hotel reservations is by clicking on the button below (once activated in October), or by calling the hotel direct at 800-228-9290 and referencing the IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Conference.

Booth Finishing

For exhibitors there is another step. You must plan your booth. The booth you get, though a different color, will look something like the picture below. It will come fully carpeted however.

 

You will need electric, perhaps a table and chairs and other items to decorate your booth. As is prior years the Confrence has retained the services of Fern Exposition Services to provide all your booth and logistic needs. This year they will have two ways to contact you.

1) As in the past after you have registered for your booth, Fern will send an email with a weblink and password to the EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FOR THIS PURPOSE. Alternatively you can use the link below and setup your own account to purchase all these needed items.
